All times are in Anywhere on Earth (AoE) time zone. The submission site of each track will open approximately four weeks before its submission deadline.

CHI2025 Visa Information

First, please make sure if you need to obtain a visa or not, referring to the link below:

If you need a visa to enter Japan, please first consult the Embassy or the Consulate of Japan in your country to confirm the necessary documents for a Visa. 

 

CHI2025 organizing committee is able to provide two visa support letters (Letter of Guarantee and Invitation Letter) to individuals registered for in-person attendance at the conference.

 

If you need visa support letters, you should fill out the following information on this form at https://form.run/@CHI2025-visa-letter after completing your registration.

  • Your CHI 2025 registration confirmation number
  • First name (used for your CHI 2025 registration)
  • Last name (used for your CHI 2025 registration)
  • Full name as it appears in your passport
  • Your email address (used for your CHI 2025 registration)

 Please allow up to 10 business days to receive letters. All requests are handled in the order they are received. 

 

Please prepare the other documents, as well as the two letters provided above, and submit these to the Japanese Embassies, Consulates and Permanent Missions in your regions. https://www.mofa.go.jp/about/emb_cons/mofaserv.html
